To confirm your booking, we require a $100 deposit. This amount will be deducted from your total service fee on the day of your appointment.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled, and your deposit forfeited, especially if we cannot accommodate you in the next available time slot.
Rescheduling / Cancellations
Notify us at least 72 business hours in advance (weekends not included) if you need to reschedule.
You may move your appointment once to a new date/time within one month, retaining your deposit.
No-shows or late cancellations will result in loss of deposit.
If you miss it or book outside this timeframe, a $95 fee will apply.
If We Reschedule
If we need to change your appointment, we’ll offer the next available times. If none suit, you may request a full refund of your deposit.
Deposit & Voucher Expiry
All deposits, payments, and vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. After that, they will be void and non-refundable.
